LIAF 2022 - Best of the Next 2

Part two of a double bill screening of new work by up-and-coming animators from around the world

This is the secondof two ‘Best of the Next’ screenings on Friday 2nd December. The first programme of new student work screens earlier at 7pm. Bundle tickets for both screenings are available for £14 (£10 concessions) via the link below.


The London International Animation Festival (LIAF 22) - the UK’s largest and longest-running animation festival - is back with 10 days of amazing screenings, talks and visits from local and international animators from November 25 to December 4. We are especially excited to return to our favourite venue the Horse Hospital with 3 nights and 6 extra special screenings and talks from several of the world’s best animators.

Selected from 60 graduate showreels, this is a look at the best student work from all around the world – the first step on the animation ladder for these talented filmmakers, and the first time their wild and wonderful imaginations have been unleashed. Stop-motion, drawn animation, collage, cut-out, CGI, clay, ink and almost every other technique these animators can dream up are all on display here. 28 wondrous films in 2 screenings from the future stars of our animation universe.
