Un/stable series showcases improvised music, with two sets from a trio formed of Rory Salter, Billy Steiger, and Maddie Banwell.

Rory Salter is a musician, artist and sound technician living in London. He has published albums under various monikers with Index Clean, TEETH, Zoomin' Night, Alter, TakuRoku, MAL and Bison, amongst others.
His work is formed through experimentations with acoustic & electronic instruments, faulty & functional technologies, cassette tape, feedback and walking; motivated by exploring relationships to environment, work/labour & cræft; It is rooted in practice and documentation. He has performed and worked with Derek Baron, Phil Julian, Sun Yizhou, Mark Peter Wright, Regan Bowering, Li Song and others.
He co-runs the record label and mail-order distribution Infant Tree with artist Ben Victor Waggett and curates a series of concerts in London between Cafe OTO, Spanners, and The Horse Hospital.
Billy Steiger was born in Howth on the 16th December, 1986. Now he plays the violin.

Maddie Banwell is an artist and musician based in London. Working at the intersection between sculpture, music and performance, she is half of the group Mosquito Farm with the artist and musician Grace Black. Mosquito Farm performances include many handmade instruments - mechanical, electronic and acoustic, alongside props and devices to play them with. As an artist she has exhibited at galleries including SET and Limbo.
