Reona レオナ is a Tokyo-based artist who uses tap dance techniques to express her music. She is also a tap dancer, improviser, designer, choreographer, teacher, and composer.

To materialise the sounds in her head, she uses tap shoes and a wooden board, as well as metal sheets, chains, steel bowls, plastic bags, and loudspeakers. Her sound is noise music–like, and she has performed with many improvisers, dancers, painters, and free jazz musicians. Her sound impulses are directly connected to her legs, and she expresses herself using everything available in her body, including her arms and mouth — making for a one-of-a-kind presence.

Ivor Kallin plays bass with Glowering Figs, viola with the London Improvisers Orchestra, electric violin with Electrio, and sometimes just does his own thing, improvising on viola and voice, as demonstrated on recordings on Scatter Archive and Linear Obsessional. He also does a weekly radio show on Resonance FM as Ambrosia Rasputin, and has featured in 100 short films, with John Bisset, on twothirteentv on YouTube.

Aga Ujma is a Polish-born multi-instrumentalist, improviser, and composer. As a soloist her work features voice, harp, piano, tape, and electronics. She recently composed music for Tai Shani’s piece M.I.A.S.M.A. The 12 Chorus. She’s collaborated with artists including Jennifer Walton and Object Blue. She has an ongoing improvised trio with Caroline Kraabel and Alex McKenzie.

Meat Strap are a duo from South London, in which Delia Detritus plays drums, and Max K Weaver plays electric guitar. Spawned from many years of private improvisation and close friendship, their sound is a constantly shifting thing - from violent spasms of ecstatic noise, to wide and shivering ambiences, to interlocking grids of elastic rhythms. Their debut EP Live! at Cafe OTO was released in January 2025. The band’s name means girl-dick.
