THE INVISIBLE WORKSHOP is a creative writing workshop headed by poets, Isaiah Hull and Amber Joy, through a shared love of both traditional and experimental approaches to storytelling. Rooted in process, play and collaborative possibility, the workshop has evolved across a multitude of environments. From its inception on Theatreship, a floating arts venue, to captivating audiences at festivals such as We Out Here and Three Wheel Drive, it has sparked creativity across the UK. This February, the workshop heads to Nairobi to contribute to Kilele – East Africa's pioneering summit uniting music, technology, and culture.
THE INVISIBLE WORKSHOP draws in people of varied abilities, from confident writers to curious diarists, connecting people who may have never cross paths. THE INVISIBLE WORKSHOP encourages storytelling through intuitive, traditional and experimental methods, exploring timeless creative possibilities. THE INVISIBLE WORKSHOP illuminates the ‘invisible’ in our visible languages embracing internal reflection and collaboration.
