[ID: Sepia image of a nude woman with long dark hair extending to her hips. She holds her arms across her chest and looks at the camera. Superimposed on the image are wire-like threads of gold and silver resembling a halo and beams of light in religious iconography.]

Doors: 7.30 pm; performances from 8pm

Tickets £10, available via the link below.

Coinciding with Selina Mayer’s exhibition, Icons: A Portrait Sacrarium to Sex Workers’ Rights, this candlelit event will feature performances from sex workers involved in the project. Performances will be followed by a panel discussion on sex work iconography, censorship laws and its impact on the lives of sex workers and artists today. An opportunity to meet and support artists behind the sex working industry and the fight for decriminalisation.

Mayer’s exhibition, presented by FemmeDaemonium, is scheduled as part of the 2022 Sex Work Strike.
All work sold will see 50% of proceeds donated to the Sex Workers Advocacy Resistance Movement (SWARM) in supporting the survival and equal rights of living sex workers.
