Harry Hill, one of Britain’s best loved comedians, contributes a 20 minute club set and a musical collaboration for the ages. With performances from metaphysical power-trio Beau Flies, a solo double bass set from Olie Brice, Paul Morley reading from his acclaimed book about Yoko Ono, and a set of poetry by Dorothy Spencer.

Harry Hill, is an English comedian, presenter and writer. He pursued a career in stand-up following years working as a medical doctor, developing an off-beat, energetic performance style that fused elements of surrealism, observational comedy, slapstick, satire and music.

He won the Perrier Award for Best Newcomer at the 1992 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and began his career in radio and television comedy with the radio series Harry Hill’s Fruit Corner (1993–1997). He has hosted his own television comedy show Harry Hill’s TV Burp (2001–2012), and narrated You’ve Been Framed! from (2004–2022).


Olie Brice is a double bassist, improviser and composer. Raised in London and Jerusalem, he now lives by the sea in Hastings. Olie Brice leads a Quartet featuring Rachel Musson, Alexander Hawkins and Will Glaser, (their debut album All It Was will be released in 2025) and an improvising trio with Rachel Musson and Mark Sanders (Immense Blue, 2024). He has also led a trio, quintet and octet which can be heard on albums including Fire Hills and Day After Day.


Paul Morley grew up in Stockport, Cheshire, and has worked as a music journalist, pop svengali and broadcaster. He is the author of a number of books on music – Ask: The Chatter of Pop, Words and Music: A History of Pop in the Shape of a City, Joy Division: Piece by Piece: Writing About Joy Division 1977–2007 and Joy Division: Fragments. Paul has written for a number of publications, including the New Statesman, the Sunday Telegraph, NME, the Observer and the Guardian.


Dorothy Spencer is a poet and writer from London. She is the former editor at Lumpen Journal; who published the first pamphlet in her series See What Life is Like. Her work examines with humour, wonder, confusion and disgust the strange configurations of contemporary human life. She is part of the 56a infoshop collective, works in community alternatives to prisons, and as a community gardener.
