Mental health is a hot topic in the media, and provocative films like Joker fuel the fascination. There's a reason it causes a stir; it strikes a chord with all of us, because we all have mental health.

Join us for an evening of discussion and discovery. Hear from film directors, actors and those working on the front line of mental health in the film, TV and media industries.

Hosted by The Circle Line; we are a Modern Mental Health Movement

We see that the world works better, people thrive, output and efficiency grow, and relationships flourish when as individuals we are at optimum mental health.

So we created a way to offer everyone in the UK help with their own evolution - making mental health support, through online therapy and trustworthy self-development content, more accessible, more convenient and more affordable - and dare we say it... more fun.

The Format:

- Welcome drinks & introduction

- Q&A and discussion with speakers

- Screening of The Dark Heart

- From superhero, to self, to shadow self: guided self-discovery exercise led by The Circle Line team.

We'll take you on a private exploration into your light and dark sides...

No disclosure necessary and anything you choose to share will be anonymised.

Come away having learnt more about self-development through talk therapy - what's in it for you, your organisation, and your colleagues.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to our chosen mental health charity partner.
